Program Overview

The professional PhD degree program in Electronic Information includes seven research areas and this program aims to motivate students’ creativity and engineering practice ability. We have the faculty team consists of academicians, national level talents, and industrial specialists in order to cultivate the high-level talents as well as industrial professionals. We also have several research platforms and closely cooperate with industries to provide our students with competitive conditions. This major include four research interests: visual computing and visual analysis, internet of things and mobile computing, cloud computing and service computing, high performance computing and application.

崔來中，男，博士，特聘教授，博士生導師，國家級青年人才，廣東省青年珠江學者，深圳大學計算機與軟件學院副院長，人工智能與數字經濟廣東省實驗室（深圳）主任助理，粵港現代信息服務省部共建協同創新中心副主任，國際電子工程師學會高級會員(IEEE Senior Member)，中國計算機學會高級會員（CCF Senior Member），人工智能學會（CAAI）會員，CCF互聯網專委會常委，CCF大數據專家委員會委員、CCF區塊鏈專委會委員，CAAI知識工程與分布智能委員會副秘書長。2007年6月于吉林大學計算機與軟件學院獲工學學士學位，2012年6月于清華大學計算機科學與技術系獲計算機科學與技術博士學位，師從吳建平院士。研究領域包括：下一代互聯網體系結構、軟件定義網絡、工業互聯網、邊緣計算、區塊鏈、分布式機器學習和智能計算。擔任SCI期刊《IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing 》、《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management 》和《International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics 》的副編輯。已主持國家重點研發計劃課題、國家自然科學基金、深圳市優青（首屆）等科研項目10多項。在國內外重要期刊以及國際會議上發表SCI/EI檢索論文100余篇；以第一作者出版教材1本，負責廣東省一流本科課程《計算機網絡》。

英文簡介

Laizhong Cui is a Distinguished Professor with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, China. He received his Bachelor's degree in computer science from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Jilin University, China, in 2007 and the Ph.D degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, China, in 2012. His supervisor is Prof. Jianping Wu.The research interests include Next-Generation internet architecture, software defined network, industrial internet, edge computing, blockchain, distributed machine learning, and intelligent computing.
