2024年3月12日，正值全國第46個植樹節之際，也是全民義務植樹運動開展43周年。深圳大學為“學子林”掛牌，舉辦了一場有趣的植樹活動。我院十余名國際留學生積極參與首屆“學子林”植樹活動，在和煦的春風中拎著水桶，拿著小鏟，一起“趣”種樹，用愛心“澆”了個朋友！

陽光正好，微風不燥。在簡短而莊重的啟動儀式后，各位留學生領取了自己的小樹苗和種植工具，兩至三人成組，在開闊的學子林相互配合著親手種植、澆灌小樹苗。他們認真學習如何挖坑、種樹、培土、澆水，在志愿者同學的幫助下，一棵棵小樹苗沐浴在陽光中，代表著希望茁壯成長。在歡聲笑語中，植樹活動圓滿結束，參與活動的師生都留下了歡樂的回憶。

十年樹木，百年樹人。在此植樹節活動中，我院留學生和老師同學攜手合作，為美化校園貢獻了自己的一份力量，增強了環保和勞動意識。與此同時，此次活動也讓來自不同文化背景的同學們通過共同的勞動體驗促進了交流，在校園播下了友誼的種子。

以下是部分留學生參加此次植樹節活動的感想：

MUHAMMAD SAJID（巴基斯坦）:

We enjoyed this activity alot and we wish to join again. We had face a great experience. Nature has always been my greatest source of inspiration, fueling my creativity and igniting my imagination. Arbor Day offers a unique opportunity to channel that inspiration into action by actively participating in the creation of new natural landscapes. Planting trees allows me to not only contribute to the beauty of the environment but also to cultivate a sense of wonder and creativity that enriches my life and artistic endeavors. In many cultures, trees hold symbolic significance as symbols of strength, resilience, and interconnectedness. By planting trees on Arbor Day, I pay homage to my ancestors and uphold the values they cherished, fostering a sense of continuity and belonging.

Arbor Day was a really fun experience, and a noble cause to enrich our already beautiful Yuehai Campus. If there are more events like these in the future, hopefully I’m invited to join again!

我很開心參與深圳大學的植樹節，大家一起在深大建造“學子林”，為校園的美麗做出貢獻，真是一次美妙的經歷。

植樹節快樂，種下一顆，便是一份希望。

我今天和朋友們一起努力，種下了一株美麗的角莖野牡丹,植樹讓我非常開心，也進一步提升了我對自然的熱愛之情。我們應該盡可能多地植樹，熱愛自然，保護我們的地球母親。非常感謝學校和老師提供這樣的機會，讓我們在這個特別的日子種下樹木，希望以后能有更多的機會為參與更多類似的活動。
